Something everyone should do.

I came across some reddit post in March this year talking about brag documents. You can read up here https://jvns.ca/blog/brag-documents/. tl;dr a writeup of the things you achieved.

I regret not having this during the past 2 years of working. Why should we do it?

In my opinion, it allows you to:

• record what you done, so you really know what you have done
• reflect on yourself and during appraisials, see if you are improving
• easier to update resume

I am going to try this next time, and see how it goes. Let me know if keeping a brag document/journal did you any good!
